Guidelines for the submission of scientific papers at the 77th World Homeopathy Congress of the LMHI
Participants at the congress can contribute by presenting a paper, lecture, poster, or video presentation, on any topic within the thematic areas of the congress.
- Only original works that have not been published in journals or presented at other congresses will be accepted.
- The scientific papers accepted will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and will be published and disseminated on the LMHI and ANH’s website and social media channels. The organization reserves the right to such publication.
- The Scientific Committee may reject any communication that does not adhere to the stated rules.
- The maximum number of authors per communication is limited to six. Unless expressly indicated, the first author will be assumed to be the presenter of the communication.
- Acceptance or rejection of the communications will be notified by e-mail to the authors, from the Technical Secretariat, so it is essential to provide an email address.
- The day and time assigned for its presentation will be previously communicated by the Technical Secretariat.
- The mere submission of the works implies acceptance of the rules.
- At least the presenter of the work must be registered at the congress.
1. Content of the submission
The submission will consist of:
Write the full first name and both surnames of the authors.
At least one author must be necessarily registered at the Congress.
A maximum of three works will be admitted per registration.
Write the title in uppercase and bold, without abbreviations.
Three to six conceptual keywords of the communication should be indicated.
It should include the following sections, which must appear in uppercase:
- INTRODUCTION
- DESCRIPTION
- OBJECTIVES
- METHODOLOGY
- RESULTS
- CONCLUSIONS
- BIBLIOGRAPHY
You must submit a summary of the communication, following the same rules on content and format described in this section.
The summary or abstract should have a maximum length of 300 words.
Use single spacing (except for paragraphs). Do not use bold type. If you use abbreviations, the first time they must be preceded by the complete term.
2. Types of communications
A written summary should be submitted, following the same rules on content and format as indicated above.
The time for presentation will be 8 minutes for communications and 30 minutes for lectures.
Subsequently, the moderator may open a question session.
The accepted communications must later be presented in PDF or PowerPoint format for their presentation at the congress.
The summaries will also be sent in this same format.
For their presentation at the congress, posters must adhere to the following dimensions: 119cm in height by 84,1 cm in width.
They will be placed in the space provided for this purpose at the Congress venue.
A summary of its content and theme must be sent to the secretariat, with the same sections described for the lectures.

“In communications of a more theoretical nature such as those typical of medical or homeopathic theory, ethics or deontology, or even training, one can be a bit more flexible in these sections but always making the objectives and conclusions of the work very clear.”
Procedure for sending documents
Once the papers are accepted, prior registration to the congress by one of the authors is mandatory.

- The Works must be sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress through the platform enabled on the congress page.
- Works sent by postal mail, email, or fax will not be accepted.
- The Technical Secretariat will confirm receipt by email to the address from which the request was sent. In case of any problems or doubts, contact the Technical Secretariat.
- The submission period will be open from February 1st to June 30th.
- By the last fortnight of August, all accepted works should be communicated. Those not accepted will be returned to their authors. During September, the accepted works must send a copy of the work in PDF or PowerPoint format for the lectures, jpg format for the posters, or avi, mp4, wmv, or dvd format for the video presentations to the Technical Secretariat.
